  I have tried to use this service before and had to cancel as they were still not coming to my home after 8pm for a child , who I had made the call for at 10am. I decided to give them one more go... I booked at 10.30 for my 12 year old. I was told approximately 5-6pm. Still waiting for any ETA and I have a feeling this will again go too late for my son. No correspondence, no answer from the operators either. Never again.

  Thank you for the prompt attendance to our residence last night to help my sick husband. The doctors arrived within 1 hour of my online booking and were cheerful, polite, helpful and caring. The doctor last night carried out more tests during his short visit than our own local doctors room visit we made at our local practice earlier that day. It’s a shame the reviews so far have been so poor - these doctors saved us from sitting in a waiting room, for what likely would have been hours for a non- threatening condition, at the local hospital. Only suggestion I would to mention is it would be helpful to get a text message just acknowledging the online booking and expected timeframe. However, they did call on route. Thanks again, the hub is feeling much better this morning.

  The doctor that was sent around to my house had no idea how to stitch. I had to show him. He started stitching with the thread end and I told him to stop and turn the needle around to the sharp end. 2 out of 4 stitches came out after 5 minutes of them leaving. Absolute disgrace. Had to go to hospital the next day and get it done properly. That doctor should lose his licence.
